november 2025 reflection

We are now in the last month of 2025 – December!

Only one month away before the start of 2026! Amazing! I’m convinced that times flies by faster as you get older.

Here’s my November 2025 reflection…

Reflection Questions…

  • What has been most consistent for you since the start of 2025? OR What is different about you since the start of 2025?
  • What was the biggest change, your greatest achievement, and/or your most profound progress made in November 2025?
  • What was a challenge/adversity you had to face, an obstacle you had to overcome, or problem/issue you had to deal in November 2025? What did you learn from the experience?
  • If you were being bold and focused, what action could you take in December 2025 that could profoundly impact your life (in a positive way)?

Answers…

  • What has been most consistent for you since the start of 2025? OR What is different about you since the start of 2025?
    • As of today (December 3, 2025), I’ve hit my first of three yearly targets – 5 million steps for the year. Now, I just need to work on the last two: my walk/run/elliptical goal of 750 miles and my indoor/outdoor cycling goal of 1,000 miles, which, if I’m diligent, I might be able to complete the last two by the end of next week.
    • I believe that these two every day questions are pretty much built into my DNA now, especially the latter:
      • Morning: What will I do today to make me better, someone else better, or the world a little better?
      • Before Bed: Did I do something today to make me better, someone else better, or the world a little better?
    • I continue to spend my time creating and/or modifying new activities and tools, as well as find new themed videos for the Life Design Catalyst work.
  • What was the biggest change, your greatest achievement, and/or your most profound progress made in November 2025?
    • I had ANOTHER great month for steps; in fact, one of the weeks in November I had over 134,000 steps – which is an average of over 19,000 steps per day! I also had my highest workout weekly point total for 2025 this month.
    • Ivor and I published 4 videos for the “The Catalyst Way Podcast.”
    • I finished reading the following books:
      • “The Art of Spending Money: Simple Choices for a Richer Life” by Morgan Housel.
      • “The 90-Day Speaker: How to Become a Fully Booked Speaker in 90 Days or Less” by Jonathan Milligan.
      • “The Compass Within: A Little Story About the Values That Guide Us” by Robert Glazer.
    • New/Modified Activities and Tools this month:
      • Narrative Blueprint (New)
      • I Matter Because… (Modified)
      • Good/Better Framework, Amplified (New)
      • Personal Core Values Impact Worksheet (New)
    • I had my two best rounds of golf this year: shot an 82 and an 81 with 10 pars each round at Blair Park Golf Course. Might be the new used clubs I purchased a few months ago – TaylorMade HD 2 Irons and Callaway Paradym X Driver.
  • What was a challenge/adversity you had to face, an obstacle you had to overcome, or problem/issue you had to deal in November 2025? What did you learn from the experience?
    • My weight loss goal = NONEXISTENCE! Don’t seem to want it bad enough right now.
    • After 7 weeks of exercises, my arms still hurt, especially the left arm. I am seriously considering surgery now. I’ll give it another month before I decide.
    • My sleep pattern still sucks. Now, I’m going to bed later (around midnight), getting up every 1.5 hours, but getting less sleep due to early morning meetings.
  • If you were being bold and focused, what action could you take in November 2025 that could profoundly impact your life (in a positive way)?
    • The December 2025 Life Design Catalyst/The Catalyst Way Deep Dive Training is two weeks away – so that’s my greatest focus right now!
    • I will play a little pickleball this month, since my right arm is feeling much better than my left arm.
    • Go to bed at or before 11:00pm! That way, I can at least get 7 hours of sleep.

I’m ready to tackle December and prepare for 2026!
