Totally Fulfilled Challenge: Dean Graziosi
I decided to take on the Totally Fulfilled Challenge by Dean Graziosi last week. Five days of doing something easy to move towards a more fulfilling life. Here are the five challenges, as well as what I did for each challenge:
- Challenge #1: Health is Everything – https://blackfriday.mastermind.com/challenge1
- Bill – I committed to at least 15,000 steps each day for a week, with the goal of at least 105,000 steps for the week. Ended up with 134,000 steps over 7 days (19,000+ steps per day.
- Challenge #2: Your New Millionaire Success Habits – https://blackfriday.mastermind.com/challenge2
- Bill – Although I don’t have a specific personal monetary goal for 2026, I would like to generate enough business to bring on my friend Megan and my youngest daughter Bethany full-time to help with the growth of The Catalyst Way. We have the tools in place to make it happen – now, it’s just getting it out into the world on a grander scale.
- Challenge #3: 3 Simple Shifts for Better Relationships – https://blackfriday.mastermind.com/challenge3
- Bill – Three things to do with Rebecca: (1) Don’t keep score. This one was easy to do. (2) Feel love when you give love, not receive it. Again, pretty easy to do. (3) Treat one of your relationships this week as if it was the first time you met. This one is an on-going work in progress…
- Challenge #4: Change Your Thoughts, Change Your Life – https://blackfriday.mastermind.com/challenge4
- Bill – The thought that holds me back: I feel like I am no longer relevant in higher education. New thought: There are educators in the world that appreciate what I have to share – and what I share could make a significant difference in their lives.
- Challenge #5: The Final Piece To A Fulfilled Life – https://blackfriday.mastermind.com/challenge5
- Bill – I’m thankful/grateful for the following: (1) The love from my family and community, especially my wife Rebecca, my youngest daughter Bethany, our dog Laci, members of the Life Design Catalyst Community, and my golf buddies. (2) I’m still alive to be able to support the LDC Community and to share my gifts with them. (3) Rebecca and I are financially stable to live a fulfilled life, with food on the table and a roof over our head. (4) I am able to read books and watch videos that inspire me to be a better version of myself and profoundly serve others better. (5) I can wake up another day to do work that matters.
It was fun doing this challenge – something different for a change. Thank you Dean for sharing this.
Are you will to take on this challenge next week? What would keep you from doing it? Nothing, my friends. Get to work!
