  • Life Design Catalyst/The Catalyst Way Deep Dive Training
  • (Tentative) Date: December 15-17, 2025 (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
  • Time: 8:30am to 4:30pm
  • Location: TBA, University of North Carolina-Greensboro
  • Cost: $399 for New Participants, $199 for Returning (Previously Trained) Participants.
  • Deep Dive includes Workbook, Training materials, lunch all three days, snacks, a Life Design Catalyst t-shirt, lifetime access to the Catalyst Resources web site, discounts to future Life Design Catalyst workshops/trainings, FREE Parking, and awesome connections.
  • Note: This will be an IN-PERSON event – no online, no hybrid options. Masks are optional.

Engage in self-reflective activities that will empower you and others to make significant changes in life by exploring, expressing, and embracing purpose and possibilities. The Bootcamp/Deep Dive is based on the Three Pillars of Life Design Catalyst work:

  • Know Yourself
  • Serve Profoundly
  • Find Your Right Pond

And the SPARCK (pronounced SPARK) Framework:

  • Story – “What got me here?”
  • Perspective – “Who am I becoming?”
  • Aspirations – “What do I want?”
  • Reflection – “How am I doing?”
  • Connection – “Who will join me?”
  • Kick-Start – “When will I start?” (Hint: Now!)

This HIGHLY INTERACTIVE 3-day Deep Dive Training will take you on a transformational journey to empower you to become the best version of yourself in profound service to something bigger than yourself to make the world a better place and create hope for a better future! You will leave with a host of tools and resources, as well as clarity and direction on who you want to be, what you want to do, where you want to go, and how you want to live!

Registration Information

Your lead facilitator for the Life Design Catalyst Deep Dive Training will be Bill Johnson, aka “The Dream Dean.” Bill most recently served as the Coordinator of the Legacy Men of Color Program at Davidson-Davie Community College and the Coordinator of Student Success in the School of Health and Human Sciences at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG). In July, 2023 – after 34 years in higher education, he decided to officially retire from higher education to pursue Life Design Catalyst work on a full-time basis. He is known for the award-winning, nationally recognized Life Design Catalyst Program, where he and his colleagues empowered thousands of students, faculty, staff, and community members to create lives with PURPOSE and MEANING!

(Note: Most participants in previous Trainings have stayed at the Drury Inn and Suites in Greensboro, since they provide a free hot breakfast and a free hot evening meal.
