A quick deviation from purpose exploration…
This morning, I decided to watch a couple of inspirational videos to get me charged for the day. Today, I’m going to post one of my favorite TED Talks – one that had me explore the possibility where students could create their own curriculum, based on how they want to serve something bigger than themselves and make the world a better place. Even though the two students I worked with didn’t get their proposals accepted, it opened the door for the University to redefine a flawed process. It’s my hope that this will allow students in the future to explore opportunities to own their own learning.
