own process to create change

Earlier this week (Thursday), I shared a guide with the world that outlined our Life Design Catalyst Program and Coaching Guide, with the hope that it inspires those interested in creating their own group coaching program focused on purpose, meaning, and vision on their campus (or, as an outside side gig).  Lots of positive responses.

I woke up this morning inspired to make a difference – actually, more than usual – with my Life Design Catalyst Tribe.  This time last weekend, I was facilitating my second one-day workshop, ‘Find Your Why, Find Your Way”; the first was on Friday.

As I searched for an inspirational message to share for this blog, I came across one that made me smile – and served as a great inspiration for me this morning.  Another one of my favorite, most inspirational authors is Jonathan Fields, who wrote two of my favorite books, “Uncertainty: Turning Fear and Doubt into Fuel for Brilliance” and “How to Live a Good Life: Soulful Stories, Surprising Sciences, and Practical Wisdom.”

A few years ago, he wrote an article that really made me think about my role as a leader.  Here’s the title and the link to that article:

“Everyone Wants Better, No One Wants Change” – http://www.jonathanfields.com/everyone-wants-better-no-one-wants-change/ (you can also see video clip of article here: http://www.jonathanfields.com/i-am-willing/)

And after reading the article, I was motivated to start something special for my tribe – create a little Side Hustle Group to help them create their own little side gigs.  Why not spread the entrepreneurial spirit to others, right?
