strengths and meaningful life

As we continue our work with students on their strengths this week, I just read an article that addresses the relationship between character strengths and living a meaningful life.

The author found research that supports the notion that there are three character strengths that have been found as most important to living a meaningful life.  Want to know what they are?  Read the article below:

For me, it was reassuring that two of the three are part of my top character strengths.  Now, after reading the article, I have to find a way to incorporate the third strength as a part of my daily routine; luckily, the author provides a few suggestions on how you can.
