As we prepare students for Project #3: Personal Charter Posters and Presentations, I wondered if they’ve REALLY ever done a deep, honest self-evaluation of themselves. Or, if they’ve had their friends do an honest evaluation of them. Of course, I’ve had many work evaluations and self-evaluations in the past, but I don’t know if I’ve ever had those close to me – my friends and tribe members – do an evaluation of me.
I got the idea from this article:
- How Would Your Friends Rate You? – https://www.success.com/how-would-your-friends-rate-you/
After reading the article, it made me think: What kind of response would I get if I asked my friends and my tribe these three questions:
- “What should this person keep doing?”
- “What should this person stop doing?”
- “What should this person start doing?”
At the same time, I need to ask (and answer) the same questions myself. Might provide some interesting insight, that’s for sure.
Sounds like a great weekend project, don’t you think?
What about you?
