Question: How do you feel about your current environment?
Answer: I’ll answer that question in two part: first, I’ll address my home environment, then I’ll address my work environment, since both are important to my life. I’ll use a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 = it REALLY sucks to 10 = it’s EXCEPTIONAL 24/7.
Home environment – 8. For the most part, everything is good. There are always small things that could make it better; besides, I’m a pretty hard grader when it comes to me.
Work environment – 5. Everything is SO up in the air right now! Changes are coming at so many different levels; I don’t even know what my life at UNCG will look like in 5 months, which is the start of the Fall Semester. It would be nice just to get a “than you” every once in a while, you know? Honestly, I just don’t feel valued at UNCG any more.
Okay, that’s enough of that. No more suffering. I need to get back to this Global Awards application…
