Welcome to Week 4 of the Character Resume Challenge!
It’s hard to imagine that there’s only two more “classes” left for the Challenge! Which also means that one-half of your character resume is complete!
This week, you’ll identify your Motivators – your Personal Motivators and Workplace Motivators/Identity – and our newest addition to the self-assessment family, the Human Needs Assessment. We’re excited to include this new assessment tools, since the results of this Assessment will be useful in identifying your Personal Superpowers (one of Week 5’s activities).

I hope you find these activities, as well as many of the previous activities, useful in “knowing yourself.”
If you’re behind, you can get access to all of the assessments in one place:

Of course, if you have any questions/comments about the Challenge, feel free to write me at whjohnso@uncg.edu.
Take care, friends!
P.S. Feel free to pass on to friends, especially as we get closer to the start of the Fall Semester of classes! They may be interested in incorporating the Character Resume Challenge in their classes!
