the year of you, day 344

Saturday, December 11, 2021 (Day 344)

Relaxing Music for the week: Night Light: Liquid Mind (11:13) – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JPe3gwRE69g

Question: What are your biggest ideas right now? Which ideas just won’t leave you alone? Give them a voice here, today.

Answer: My biggest idea right now is creating a “space” to do Life Design Catalyst work. Whether it’s an Office of Transitions and Transformation or a Life Design Catalyst Studio, I just want to have a place where I get to share this work with the world all of the time, instead of spending my time doing work I don’t enjoy – which is registration/scheduling/degree planning and/or supervising people. I’ll get to engage in this work with 45 people Monday through Wednesday next week, with the hopes of getting ideas on how I can implement such a place. At some point, people are going to realize that high school and college students need help navigating their path, a path that resonates with their soul. Doing work just for the sake of work won’t get the job done any more; doing work that’s meaningful and makes them come alive is what’s going to drive the workplace in the future. That’s why so many people are leaving the workplace right now – there isn’t anything that’s resonating with their soul. Imagine a place, for instance in a community college system, known for helping people get clear about the paths for education, career, and life. Would you want the people in YOUR life to be a part of something known for that? Then why don’t we create more places that will help do that, using questions and/or powerful self-reflective tools to develop these plans? I believe I have – and now it’s time to share them with the world!

    • Hi Renata. Great suggestion! I’ve actually started writing articles…I think a workbook is coming, since I already have the materials put together. I’m hoping for bigger and better things in 2022!
