Hello friends! I know it’s been a while since I last wrote, but I’ve been wrapped up in A LOT of writing and creating new tools and activities (and modifying old tools and activities) related to Life Design Catalyst work. I’ve also started dabbling into poetry writing, nothing extravagant, but words that resonate with my soul. Here’s one that I wrote about a month ago…I hope you enjoy it!

What you carry was not meant to stay hidden—
release it, let it find the hands that need it.
To serve is not to shrink, but to stand tall
in the quiet work of showing up for all.
Small acts ripple wider than we know,
a kindness planted where the seeds can grow.
So live each day unfolding who you are;
that is how a life becomes a shining star.
