Today, decided to share an inspiring song to end my first week of great information.
During my workouts, this is one of the songs that inspires me the most. In fact, it inspires me every time I hear it.

Hi Lucy! Yep, I decided to try something different for the next year – post something useful every day! Since I read SOOOOO much every day, it should be easy for me to do for 365 days – and then we’ll see where it goes.
