Eric Barker wrote one of my favorite books, “Barking Up the Wrong Tree: The Surprising Science Behind Why Everything You Know About Success Is (Mostly) Wrong.”  As close to a must read as possible.

It’s a synopsis from the book, “Great at Work: How Top Performers Do Less, Work Better, and Achieve More” by Morten Hansen.  I started reading it – and it’s another fascinating read.
