Here’s an opportunity to reflect on the first-half of 2024; see it as a 2024 Mid-Year Self-Evaluation. How’s has the first six months of 2024 gone for you? Use this self-evaluation process to help with your review:
Start Here
If you had to give yourself a score for the first half of the year, what score would you give yourself (using this scale, half numbers – 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 – are okay):
1 = Terrible. Not Good at All.
2 = Fair.
3 = Average.
4 = Pretty Good
5 = Excellent. Awesome
Score: _______
After giving yourself a score, how would you answer these questions:
- What goals have you accomplished so far this year?
- What has been the biggest change for you?
- What’s worked well? What’s been most challenging?
- What holds you back from accomplishing more (if anything)?
- What do you need to do to keep moving forward in 2024?
Now that you’ve had a chance to reflect on the past six months, let’s think about what you’d like to accomplish/achieve over the next six months, between today (July 1st) and December 31, 2024. Identify one to three goals you want to complete by the end of 2024. Think about goals in these these five areas:
- Work/Business/Education
- Money/Finance
- Health/Well-Being
- Relationships/Connections
- Lifestyle/Personal Growth
Here are my answers to the 2024 Mid-Year Self-Evaluation:
- Score: 4.5

- Money/Finance: 4.5
- Health/Well-Being: 4.0
- Relationships/Connections: 4.5
- Lifestyle/Personal Growth: 4.5

- What do you need to do to keep moving forward in 2024?
- Continue to lean on Mastermind Group meetings/calls to hold me accountable for accomplishing my goals.

I know, I’ve listed 8 goals – that’s how I roll. Feel free to share your answers with me – or find yourself an accountability partner and share your goals with them.
I hope this provides incentive to not only reflect on your life the first half of 2024, but think about what you’d like to accomplish the second half of 2024.
Good luck, friends!
